It's time for another round of the Epiphanie Picture It photo contest! The April theme is: RAIN. Think April showers, puddles, rain boots, umbrellas, lightening, etc. You get the idea.  So grab your camera and shoot (or pull something from your archives) because we have an incredible prize package this month!
